1. Can my cleaner come when I am at work? You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don't have to be in on the day the
cleaner comes.2. Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner comes? We make every effort to meet the requirements of our clients. In the majority of cases you can specify the day. If your request cannot be met then you will be presented with the nearest alternative options. 3. What are your cleaners' working hours? Our cleaners work any day of the week from 09.00 to 18.00. Cleaners can finish later than 18.00 if pre-agreed with Spotlesshomes. 4. Who pays the cleaner, you or I? You do. Our regular clients pay the cleaner £ 8.00 per hour rate on the day of the work. 5. Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment? We have found that the most economical and hygenic approach is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids pet hair or mites traveling from one customers house to the next and also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to. Although we have our own cleaning materials and equipment in case clients want us to use our materials and equipment. 6. Will I have the same cleaner every week? You will have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself. 7. What if I have pets? Will they have to be secured whilst cleaning takes place? No they can be allowed their normal access. Please let us know if you have pets when you book. |
